Pure Nutre is an independent consumer-information website focused on dietary supplements and everyday wellness topics. We created the site because supplement shopping often puts consumers in a difficult position: marketing pages make confident promises, ingredient lists can be complicated, and it is not always clear which claims are supported by strong evidence.
Our purpose is not to diagnose medical conditions or tell readers that a supplement is a replacement for treatment. Instead, we try to help readers understand what a product contains, what its seller claims, what questions remain unanswered, and what reliable public-health sources say about the broader topic.
What We Publish
Our content falls into three main categories:
Educational guides. These explain topics such as blood glucose, metabolic health, supplement labels, probiotics, and the meaning of common marketing terms.
Ingredient explainers. These look at why certain vitamins, minerals, botanicals, or probiotics appear in supplements and what consumers should consider before using them.
Product reviews. These evaluate product transparency, label information, marketing claims, evidence limitations, purchasing considerations, and affiliate relationships.
Our Editorial Approach
We prefer primary and authoritative sources when discussing health, regulation, or consumer safety. Depending on the topic, sources may include the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, and peer-reviewed research.
When a statement comes from a manufacturer, we identify it as a manufacturer claim rather than presenting it as an independently proven fact.
Affiliate Relationships
Some pages may contain affiliate links. If a visitor purchases through an affiliate link, Pure Nutre may receive a commission without increasing the visitor's price. This commercial relationship does not change the questions we ask in a review or the limitations we disclose.
See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
